STATIC ABYSS – il nuovo progetto di Chris Reifert e Greg Wilkinson degli Autopsy
Uscirà domani 22 Aprile il debut album Labyrinth Of Veins degli Static Abyss, nuova creatura di Chris Reifert e Greg Wilkinson degli Autopsy.
Questo album è uno snervante, inquietante intruglio multistrato di sporco doom e death, Chris Reifert afferma che i temi dell’album sono quelli di “esplorare gli echi della follia che si manifesta attraverso l’esistenza umana”. Il risultato; un brutale assalto di a volte lento e randellante brutal metal intervallato da un caotico e vile isterismo.
Labyrinth of Veins’ è stato registrato agli Earhammer Studios di Oakland, CA, e al Great American Music Hall, con il mixaggio e il mastering supervisionati da Greg stesso. La cover art è di All Things Rotten.
Il duo ha presentato in anteprima un nuovo lyric video, creato da Matthew Vickerstaff, per la title track dell’album.
