A PERFECT CIRCLE – ANNUNCIANO IL NUOVO ALBUM EAT THE ELEPHANT IN USCITA IL 20 APRILE 2018 SU BMG
Gli A Perfect Circle pubblicano Eat The Elephant, il quarto album preceduto da eMOTIVe del 2004, il 20 aprile 2018 su BMG.
L’album arriva dopo anni di anticipazioni e speculazioni, che hanno raggiunto il picco quando la band ha pubblicato i singoli “The Doomed” (http://smarturl.it/TheDoomedVideo) e “Disillusioned” (http://smarturl.it/DisillusionedYT) e ha annunciato il tour autunnale del 2017.
Keenan ha affermato: “Nonostante sia emozionato per la pubblicazione di questo album, dopo una pausa di ben 14 anni, lo sono ancora di più perché il 20 aprile è il compleanno di una cara amica, Carina Round.”
“I demo rappresentano l’idea che ami nella fase iniziale,” ha aggiunto Howerdel, “Poi aggiungi nuove idee e le guardi progredire. Queste sono le dinamiche che si celano dietro ad un grande album. Penso proprio che Eat The Elephant sia un grande album.”
L’album, co-prodotto da Dave Sardy (Autolux, Slayer) è disponibile per il pre-ordine QUI e include anche il download digitale di “TalkTalk”, “Disillusioned” e “The Doomed”. Come già anticipato, la band parteciperà a numerosi festival, tra i quali Coachella, Las Rageous, Northern Invasion, Rock on the Range e Rocklahoma. Oltre al tour statunitense, gli A Perfect Circle a giugno partiranno per un tour europeo che li porterà a suonare in Italia il 01 luglio al festival Rock The Castle di Verona.
